Um..just because you were double-teamed by two European teams does not mean they had some sort of planned alliance to beat you. Consider the Third team's perspective, the one that attacked you while you were fighting the second team. Sounds like to me they did exactly what they needed to do to increase their own chances of winning, and if you are the victims, well then, tough...don't blame them for using 'underhanded' tactics, blame the stupid map for making such tactics the correct way to play.
Burial Mounds has a load of luck in it, simple as that.
As for the Hall, its pretty obvious why its structured like that..the time limit. This allows ANet to regulate how often the HoH message appears, sigil drops, etc. Yes there is luck involved but Hall, unlike GvG, is an environment where it is beneficial to have lots of new winners, since it is an ongoing tournament, and how boring would it be if one team just kept racking up wins like they would if it was 1v1 all the time? GvG is for 1v1, to show which team is plain better, tombs is 1v1v1 to add a touch of luck and introduce other tactics. Nothing wrong with Tombs map structures except for the stupid 6-ways.
